Who We Are & Why We Play
The Dodgers have been a consistent feature of the Swindon Softball League since its early beginnings. In 2022 the team was reborn as one of our Development Division teams, bringing together new players and captains and a new generation of Dodgers, as well as some familiar faces.
Our History
The Dodgers continue the legacy of the Lucent Softball League. With League Champions a part of that legacy, the team is now busy adding Development Division titles to the trophy cabinet and was an unstoppable force during 2023, on their way to their first title win since 2008.
What The Future Holds
The Dodgers live on and look to be an ever present fixture in the Swindon Softball League. The team has generated significant momentum – it does not seem to matter who plays on what day, a group of Dodgers will score heavily and be difficult to stop!
