Sadly, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there was no Swindon Softball League season in 2020, marking the first time in League history that there was no competitive softball in the town.

We did manage to get out for some practice sessions at the end of the summer after BaseballSoftballUK released their Return to Play guidance, which was a nice outlet after the lockdown of the spring and early summer.

We returned to the diamond in 2021 and though we went down to five teams from the six we had in 2019 due to the lower number of players available, we expanded the league once again in 2022.
